8 Tips to Starting & Sticking to Your Fitness Journey

We see everyone working on their fitness, but how are they doing it? I was one of those people who would write #goals under photos of people with abs while sitting on the couch. I knew that wouldn’t get me there so I decided to work out for 21 days straight and it became a habit. It is now a part of my regular routine. While we all have different goals, at least 30 minutes exercise should be added to everyone’s day. My goal is abs and a banging body up until I’m 80. Yours maybe to just be active, whatever it is find something you enjoy and move that body! Here are 8 tips to get started and STICK to your fitness journey.
