10 Jazzzie ways to Raise your Vibrations

  1. Drink Water!! This is number one because it is the most important. I really cannot express enough how important it is to drink water! As a matter of fact, I don’t trust anyone that says they don’t drink water.
  2. Meditate!    This has seriously changed my life. 
  3. Yoga / Exercise 
  4. Practice Gratitude
  5. Eat Clean 
  6. Stay away from Drama (This included gossip!!! ) I think this even includes what you watch on TV, the music you listen to and who you follow on social media. Exposure to negativity lowers your vibrations.
  7. Protect your Energy
  8. Dance!! This is what cured my road rage. How can you be angry while dancing?? It’s pretty difficult.
  9. Do Something for yourself daily.
  10. Do Something for someone else daily.
